Our Booking Policies
Deposit to Secure Your Spot
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit is applied directly toward your total service cost — it's not an extra charge, it's your spot saved.
Please Arrive On Time
We value your time — and the time of every client. If you are 20 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. Arriving on time ensures the best possible experience for you.
Shampoo Always Included
Every service at Extended Desires includes a complimentary shampoo. We believe great hair starts with a clean, healthy foundation — so we handle it every single time, no exceptions.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will transfer to your new date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will result in loss of your deposit. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may apply, and appointments may be canceled after 20 minutes.
Please arrive with hair free of heavy oils and buildup. If you prefer, you can book a service that includes shampoo.
