Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will transfer to your new date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will result in loss of your deposit. Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee may apply, and appointments may be canceled after 20 minutes.
Please arrive with hair free of heavy oils and buildup. If you prefer, you can book a service that includes shampoo.
Light detangling is included. Excessive detangling may result in an additional fee.
